Fully Automatic Weigh Filler Machine

This packaging equipment is meant for handling bigger pouch sizes i.e. it accept plastic film width up to 620 mm. This packing machine uses famously known “Collar” for forming the pouch. The horizontal sealing is done through pneumatic system. The vertical travel of plastic film is done through stepper motor driven belts. Similar to Sensograph’s other automatic packaging machines, this SMART PAC does carry all standard systems such as nitrogen flushing system, eye mark system, half/full cut count system. The SMART PAC packaging equipment accepts material from all dispensing systems such as Weigh Filler (EASY PAC).

This packaging equipment is fully automatic packing machine which accept material from any of the three dispensing systems namely weigh filler (EASY PAC), Auger Filler (Sure PAC) or Cup Filler (V PAC). The smart way of operation of this packaging equipment automatically gained its name “SMART AUTO”. This packaging equipment accepts plastic film, converts it into pouch, accepts material from dispensing system & seals the filled pouches using pneumatically operated heaters. In this packaging equipment, eye mark controller, Nitrogen (gas) flushing system, Full/half cut count system are in built features. The settings for all these systems are available on operator’s finger tips. The pouch is formed using a former which can accept film of width below 390 mm. The vertical travel of the film & the vertical sealing is done through VFD/stepper motor controller. The height of plain pouches ( non printed – no eye mark) is smartly adjusted in this packing machine. The batch coding system is optional.
